Clinical Research Associate II

Job Summary

To advance clinical research excellence, the full-time Clinical Research Associate II will manage site engagement, conduct monitoring activities, and ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for investigative sites, providing training and support to site staff and principal investigators
• Conduct site evaluations, training, and monitoring activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practices (GCPs)
• Implement site engagement strategies and assess recruitment and retention techniques to enhance study performance

Required qualifications

• Appropriate tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, including at least 6 months in clinical research monitoring
• Advanced knowledge of local regulatory requirements, ICH/GCP Guidelines, and applicable policies
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and tools for customer-centric support
