Clinical Research Associate II

Job Summary

To advance clinical research excellence, the full-time Clinical Research Associate II will engage with investigative sites, ensuring compliance and data integrity while driving study performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investigative sites, providing contextual information and strengthening partnerships
• Conduct site evaluations, training, and monitoring activities to ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory standards
• Utilize site engagement strategies and tools to enhance recruitment and retention efforts for clinical trials

Required qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, including 6 months in clinical research monitoring
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements, ICH/GCP Guidelines, and therapeutic area indications
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing projects effectively
• Ability to leverage technology and resources for customer-centric support in clinical site management
