Clinical Research Associate II

Job Summary

Managing site management tasks for clinical studies, the full-time remote Clinical Research Associate II will ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and collaborate with project teams to achieve site management deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with feasibility assessments, coordinate study material shipments, and maintain site documentation
• Conduct remote monitoring visits and support field CRAs with Investigator Site File maintenance and data queries
• Provide mentorship and training to In-house CRA I and II, and serve as a main point of contact for operational aspects of clinical trials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical, biological, physical, health, pharmacy, or related science with at least two years of clinical research experience
• Alternatively, an associate degree with three years of clinical research experience or relevant education/training
• Experience as an In-house CRA is preferred, with a minimum of one year required for certain educational backgrounds
• Fluency in local languages of the countries under responsibility and proficiency in spoken and written English
• Basic knowledge of clinical research principles, FDA/EU regulations, and standard operating procedures
