Clinical Research Billing Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Leading the day-to-day operations of clinical trial and research billing compliance activities, the full-time remote Clinical Research Billing Compliance Manager will oversee the Research Billing Compliance Team, collaborate with various departments, and ensure accurate and compliant billing for research-related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the clinical research billing compliance program, including change management and quality control measures
• Serve as an expert resource on applicable laws and regulations, providing guidance and training on clinical research billing compliance matters
• Oversee clinical trial billing operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while managing departmental initiatives and projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated expertise in legal and regulatory aspects of clinical research billing compliance
• Experience managing a clinical research billing compliance team within a healthcare organization
• Proficient in Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
