Clinical Research Budget Analyst

Job Summary

To support the financial and operational aspects of clinical trials, the full-time remote Clinical Research Budget Analyst will manage clinical trial budgets, interpret financial terms, and facilitate communication between various teams to ensure successful study execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain knowledge of the CRIO clinical trial management system, particularly its financial modules
• Partner with the Budget & Contract team to interpret clinical trial budget and payment terms, ensuring accurate entries into the system
• Proactively manage study budgets throughout the lifecycle and identify potential collection challenges

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience in or exposure to clinical research budgets required
• Experience using a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) required; experience with CRIO is a plus
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand contract payment terms
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
