Clinical Research Budgeting Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of budgets for sponsored clinical trials, the full-time Clinical Research Budgeting Analyst will work remotely to manage budget development, conduct itemized cost analysis, and oversee billing structures while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain budgets for clinical trials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with study protocols
• Conduct itemized cost analysis and integrate internal costs during the setup of new clinical studies
• Communicate with contract analysts and clinical teams to manage billing structures and study payment milestones

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of related experience
• 6 years of direct experience in budget development, preferably in a clinical trial or medical setting
