Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a research initiative focused on early childhood development, the part-time Clinical Research Coordinator will engage with preschool-aged children and their caregivers, facilitate remote research visits via Zoom, and assist in various research activities while ensuring compliance with study protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate remote research visits, assisting participants with technology issues and guiding behavioral tasks with children
• Engage and support children ages 2-5 years in a research setting, establishing rapport with diverse participants
• Manage research documentation and ensure adherence to human subjects research regulations

Required qualifications

• High school graduation with relevant experience or training in research or related fields
• At least one year of experience working directly with children ages 2-5 in a research, clinical, or educational setting
• Experience in human subjects research, psychology, child development, or behavioral health
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Zoom, and Box.com platforms
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
