Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a vascular/cardiovascular medical device clinical study, the part-time Clinical Research Coordinator will manage patient enrollment, conduct follow-up activities, and maintain study documentation while working remotely with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Clinical Research Coordinator, collaborating closely with the Principal Investigator and research team
• Identify, screen, and enroll eligible patients following their vascular heart medical device procedure
• Conduct remote patient enrollment and follow-up activities, ensuring accurate data entry and regulatory compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health science, life science, nursing, clinical research, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical research coordination experience with observational and/or interventional trials
• Experience with medical devices and cardiovascular studies preferred
• Proficiency in using EPIC for patient record review and clinical data collection
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical research regulations
