Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the Business Development team, the full-time Clinical Research Feasibility Coordinator will process clinical research feasibilities for all sites, ensuring compliance with sponsor requirements and maintaining documentation of site capabilities in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete feasibility assessments in accordance with timelines set by sponsors and Clinical Research Organizations (CROs)
• Identify and contact potential investigators to discuss study details and assess feasibility
• Maintain and update documentation regarding site capabilities and feasibility questionnaires

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant administrative or sales support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of clinical research experience, with a preference for prior feasibility process experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and electronic health records
• Ability to perform basic clinical procedures such as blood pressure and EKGs
• Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
