Clinical Research Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a research success strategy aligned with business objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for research sponsors and oversee study implementation
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of clinical research managers to drive customer success

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in clinical research, with exposure to sponsor, CRO, and/or site roles
• Strong grasp of patient-reported outcomes (PROs) and their application in research studies
• High technical aptitude with the ability to learn and translate software capabilities
• Experience mentoring or managing team members preferred
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects and stakeholders
