Clinical Research Director

Job Summary

Leading the clinical research program, the full-time Director of Clinical Research will co-own the strategy and execution of clinical studies, focusing on product validation and scientific credibility while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-own the clinical evidence roadmap and define study objectives aligned with product and regulatory goals
• Lead the design and publication of clinical studies, managing protocols, timelines, budgets, and regulatory documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytical rigor and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• PhD, MD, MS/MPH, or equivalent degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in clinical research within biotech, diagnostics, digital health, or academia
• Demonstrated experience designing and executing human clinical studies
• Hands-on experience with IRB submissions and oversight of human subjects research
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external partners
