Clinical Research Finance Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the financial and operational needs of a growing clinical research program, the full-time Clinical Research Finance Specialist will manage study revenue tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting while collaborating with clinical research leadership and external partners in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial oversight of active clinical trials, including tracking revenue and managing invoicing processes
• Utilize RealTime CTMS for study financial tracking and ensure accurate documentation of financial events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing workflows and enhance financial reporting accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, life sciences, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of clinical research experience required
• Prior experience in clinical research finance, billing, or CTMS administration
• Hands-on experience with RealTime CTMS or similar clinical trial management systems
• Understanding of clinical trial budgets, sponsor invoicing, and revenue cycle workflows
