Clinical Research Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Office of Clinical Research, the full-time Clinical Research Financial Analyst I will perform entry-level clinical research administration tasks, including calendar builds, coverage analysis, budget development, and invoicing for clinical studies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Medicare Coverage Analysis and develop billing grids in OnCore
• Collaborate with the clinical research team to create and negotiate study budgets
• Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and tracking payments from sponsors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0-1 years of relevant experience in clinical research or research administration
• Familiarity with clinical trial management systems, preferably OnCore
• Understanding of Medicare policies and clinical trial regulations
• Experience in budget development and financial management is preferred
