Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Research Financial Practice Manager (Post-Award) - Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-award and post-award activities for clinical research grants and contracts
• Develop and reconcile project budgets, ensuring compliance with sponsor and university guidelines
• Build collaborative relationships with Principal Investigators and study personnel to oversee financial activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; research or grants education/certification preferred
• Three years of relevant grants and contracts experience
• Completion of specific financial and compliance training within the first six months of hire
• Knowledge of federal rules and regulations related to research grant and contract activity
• Experience with financial processes and the ability to use relevant systems such as OnCore
