Clinical Research Invoicing Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Office of Clinical Research, the full-time Clinical Research Invoicing Analyst will manage industry-sponsored study invoicing, billing, and reconciliation activities, ensuring all earned revenue is realized while providing training and mentorship within the Clinical Trial Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze clinical trial agreements to develop study activity tracking documentation and educate study teams on effective tracking for sponsor invoicing
• Coordinate the sponsor invoicing program, ensuring timely revenue collection and accurate financial reconciliation across research accounts
• Generate financial reports for Principal Investigators and department administrators, providing guidance on study financial data interpretation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant program experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of grants administration processes and industry-sponsored research invoicing
• Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) is preferred
