Job Summary
Supporting the Office of Clinical Research, the full-time Clinical Research Invoicing Analyst will manage industry-sponsored study invoicing, billing, and reconciliation activities, ensuring earned revenue is realized while collaborating with various stakeholders and providing training within the Clinical Trial Management System.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze clinical trial agreements and develop tracking documentation to support sponsor invoicing and maximize revenue
- Coordinate invoicing and billing reconciliation processes, ensuring timely receipt of revenue and resolution of invoicing issues
- Generate financial reports and provide guidance to stakeholders on study financial data interpretation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant program experience
- Knowledge of grants administration processes and industry sponsored research invoicing
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and related financial systems
- Strong project management and organizational skills
