Clinical Research Invoicing Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Office of Clinical Research, the full-time Clinical Research Invoicing Analyst will manage industry-sponsored study invoicing, billing, and reconciliation activities, ensuring earned revenue is realized while collaborating with various stakeholders and providing training within the Clinical Trial Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze clinical trial agreements and develop tracking documentation to support sponsor invoicing and maximize revenue
• Coordinate invoicing and billing reconciliation processes, ensuring timely receipt of revenue and resolution of invoicing issues
• Generate financial reports and provide guidance to stakeholders on study financial data interpretation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant program experience
• Knowledge of grants administration processes and industry sponsored research invoicing
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and related financial systems
• Strong project management and organizational skills
