Clinical Research Leader

Job Summary

Leading clinical trials within the Clinical R&D Department, the full-time Clinical Research Leader will manage study execution and compliance while fostering collaboration across teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution and management of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines and regulatory compliance
• Develop and manage clinical trial documents, including protocols and informed consent forms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as the primary contact for clinical trial sites

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Physical Science, Nursing, Biological Science, or a closely related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's, 5+ years with a Master's, or 3+ years with a PhD
• Previous experience in clinical research is required
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCRA, CCRC, CCRP) are preferred
• Medical device experience is highly preferred
