Clinical Research Manager

Job Summary

To support clinical research initiatives, the full-time Clinical Research Manager will coordinate research proposals, manage protocol execution, and oversee team members in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of clinical research proposals and manage protocol development activities
• Conduct literature reviews and draft scientific documents under the direction of clinical investigators
• Supervise internal clinical research staff, providing mentorship and assessing team competency

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, Mental Health, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in clinical research
• Knowledge of federal regulations and policies regarding research involving human subjects
• Proficiency in data management tools such as MS Excel and SPSS
• Ability to obtain and maintain a T1/Public Trust background check
