Clinical Research Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Research Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinical trials including feasibility analysis, budgets, regulatory submissions, and data quality monitoring
• Manage and expand a clinical operations team to enhance in-house research study capabilities
• Develop relationships with research partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline regulatory processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience running clinical trials end-to-end, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proven track record in managing research studies for regulatory submissions in an industry setting
• Expertise in digital health or medical device trials, including familiarity with multiple data streams
• Strong documentation and process-building skills with experience in authoring SOPs and study documentation
• Experience working on large cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
