Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Research Operations (Patient Screening).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of remote pre-screening Clinical Research Coordinators, managing performance and quality
• Assess and improve patient pre-screening workflows, ensuring efficient and reliable patient identification
• Oversee operational management of pre-screening activities, including tracking and reporting key performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, healthcare operations, or related patient-facing roles
• Deep clinical foundation with experience in clinical research operations and site workflows
• Knowledge of clinical trial protocols and eligibility criteria
• Experience operating across the full clinical research lifecycle with a focus on operational strategy
• Familiarity with GCP, HIPAA, and applicable clinical research regulations
