Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Research Patient Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement recruitment programs to meet enrollment goals for study protocols
• Screen patients or caregivers, document information in the database, and manage appointment scheduling
• Evaluate eligibility of potential subjects through interviews and medical record reviews

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months experience in a medical or customer service environment
• Preferred qualifications include MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT, or another medical license
• Experience with calendar management/scheduling and clinical trial management systems is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with computer applications and ability to type at least 40 wpm
• Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
