Clinical Research Patient Recruiter

Job Summary

To support targeted enrollment goals for clinical studies, the full-time Clinical Research Patient Recruiter will plan and implement recruitment programs, conduct patient screenings, and manage scheduling for study protocols in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Phone screen patients or caregivers with empathy and document information accurately in the database
• Evaluate eligibility of potential subjects through screening interviews and medical record reviews
• Manage incoming calls from patients interested in participating in research studies and schedule appointments accordingly

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 months experience in a medical environment or customer service
• Preferred qualifications include MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT, or another medical license
• Experience with calendar management and clinical trial management systems is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to type at least 40 wpm
• Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
