Job Summary

Assisting with the recruitment of potential subjects for enrolling studies, the remote Clinical Research Patient Recruiter will conduct pre-screening, make outgoing recruitment calls, and provide exemplary customer service while managing patient data in the Clinical Conductor database.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews study protocols and conducts pre-screening of patient records to ensure proper study placement
• Matches potential subjects to research studies and schedules appointments while providing excellent customer service
• Creates recruitment materials and manages social media outreach related to active research studies

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior clinical research patient recruitment experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms for recruitment purposes
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish-speaking capabilities preferred
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva
