Clinical Research Patient Recruiter

Job Summary

To support targeted enrollment goals for clinical studies, the full-time Clinical Research Patient Recruiter will plan and implement recruitment programs, screen potential participants, and manage patient communications in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Phone screen patients or caregivers empathetically and document patient information accurately in the database
• Schedule and manage patient appointments while evaluating eligibility through screening interviews and medical record reviews
• Maintain knowledge of clinical research studies, including inclusion and exclusion criteria, and update sponsor patient portals as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months experience in a medical environment, customer service, or call center
• Preferred medical licenses include MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, or EMT
• Experience with calendar management and clinical trial management systems is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in computer applications and ability to type at least 40 wpm
• Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
