Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clinical trial patients and families, providing guidance and support
• Assess patient and family needs, identify barriers, and coordinate solutions to support treatment adherence
• Act as a liaison between research, clinical teams, and support departments to enhance the overall care experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years or more of experience in a hospital/healthcare setting
• Strong customer service skills
• Demonstrated sensitivity to patient care and cultural needs
• Master's Degree in Health or a related field is preferred
