Clinical Research Project Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Oncology Clinical Research Services team, the full-time Clinical Research Project Analyst will manage service center communications, develop workflow dashboards, and coordinate vendor relationships while working remotely during daylight hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and triage service center email accounts, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
• Develop and maintain workflow dashboards and reporting tools to enhance team productivity
• Coordinate relationships with external vendors to ensure compliance with project timelines and requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or High School degree plus 5 years of experience
• Knowledge of clinical research protocols and budgeting preferred
• Prior experience as a Project Coordinator highly preferred
• Minimum of four years of experience in operations preferred
• Excellent knowledge of spreadsheet and database software
