Clinical Research Project Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Oncology Clinical Research Services team, the full-time Clinical Research Project Analyst will manage operational and financial aspects of clinical research studies, develop workflow dashboards, and coordinate with external vendors, all while working remotely during daylight hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage service center email accounts and ensure timely responses to inquiries from stakeholders
• Develop and maintain workflow dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance metrics
• Coordinate relationships with external vendors to ensure compliance with project timelines and requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or a High School degree plus 5 years of experience
• Knowledge of clinical research protocols and budgeting preferred
• Oncology and clinical research/trials experience strongly preferred
• Prior work experience as a Project Coordinator highly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of spreadsheet and database software
