Clinical Research Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the implementation and oversight of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) projects, the remote Clinical Research Project Manager will ensure alignment with clinical trial requirements and regulatory standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams and monitoring project progress.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of IRT projects to meet clinical trial needs
• Collaborate with clinical operations and technology teams to define project scope and deliverables
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful outcomes through effective monitoring

Required qualifications

• 2-5+ years of project management experience in the clinical research industry, specifically with IRT systems
• Prior experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for IRT systems, including test script execution and documentation
• Experience in vendor management
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, project management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
