Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical research roles, including sourcing and screening candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Track candidate pipelines and provide regular updates on recruiting activity and progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of recruiting experience within a multisite clinical research network or healthcare services organizations
• Strong sourcing skills, particularly using LinkedIn
• Experience using applicant tracking systems or recruiting software
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a remote environment
