Clinical Research Recruiter

Job Summary

Assisting with the recruitment of potential subjects for enrolling studies, the remote Clinical Research Patient Recruiter will conduct pre-screening, make outgoing recruitment calls, and manage patient interactions in accordance with study protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews study protocols and conducts pre-screening of patient records to ensure correct placement within studies
• Matches potential subjects' needs to current or upcoming research studies and schedules research appointments
• Enters and updates the status of potential subjects in the database, tracking trends in patient acceptance of clinical trial participation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior clinical research patient recruitment experience required
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish-speaking capabilities preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms for recruitment purposes
• Experience with simple graphic design tools such as Canva
