Clinical Research Recruitment Lead

Job Summary

To drive patient recruitment and engagement strategies across multiple clinical research sites, the full-time salaried Regional Patient Recruitment Lead will manage site-level teams to achieve enrollment goals, optimize performance, and ensure an exceptional patient experience while working remotely with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic recruitment plans in partnership with the corporate patient recruitment team
• Guide teams in implementing multi-channel recruitment strategies and ensure timely follow-up of patient leads
• Monitor performance indicators and take targeted action to address underperformance while fostering a culture of accountability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience managing a patient enrollment team of 5+ representatives
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial enrollment processes and regulations
• Proven leadership of geographically dispersed teams
• Experience managing and improving KPIs at both individual and team levels
