Clinical Research Recruitment Lead

Job Summary

To drive patient recruitment and engagement strategies across multiple clinical research sites, the full-time Regional Patient Recruitment Lead will manage site-level teams to achieve enrollment goals and optimize performance while working remotely with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic recruitment plans in partnership with the corporate patient recruitment team
• Achieve study enrollment goals and assigned revenue targets through multi-channel recruitment strategies
• Guide teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience from initial contact through screening and enrollment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred
• 3+ years managing a patient enrollment team of 5+ representatives
• Proven success leading high-performing teams that meet or exceed enrollment and revenue goals
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial enrollment processes, protocols, and regulations
• Experience managing and improving KPIs at both individual and team levels
