Clinical Research Recruitment Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Research Patient Recruitment Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Central Recruiters in phone screening and scheduling of prospective research participants
• Monitor recruiter performance metrics and conduct call audits for quality assurance
• Coordinate with site teams to clarify eligibility criteria and ensure adherence to recruitment protocols

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical environment or similar field
• Preferred medical licenses include MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, or EMT
• Experience with calendar management/scheduling and CRM systems is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and electronic health records
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus
