Job Summary

Providing day-to-day supervision of clinical research regulatory staff, the full-time remote Clinical Research Regulatory Supervisor will manage operations, support staff development, and ensure compliance with regulatory needs while focusing on study start-up and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of clinical research regulatory staff and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support the recruitment, training, and performance management of assigned staff
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of creative solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Six years of clinical research regulatory experience
• High level competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
• Strong collaborative, prioritization, and organizational skills
