Job Summary

To support the BIOS Clinical Trials Coordinating Center, the full-time Clinical Research Site Manager will oversee the execution of large multicenter clinical trials by managing site startup, driving enrollment performance, and ensuring consistent protocol implementation across collaborating clinical sites.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site startup activities, including feasibility assessments and resource readiness evaluations
• Manage site performance, ensuring compliance with protocols and addressing recruitment barriers
• Conduct regular communication and training with clinical teams to meet enrollment goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Five years of related experience in clinical research management
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple external clinical sites
• Advanced judgment and decision-making skills in high-stakes research environments
