Clinical Research Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Research Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and oversee research projects in collaboration with R&D to support technology advancements
- Document and ensure the progress of research projects, adhering to deadlines and milestones
- Foster relationships with collaborators and participate in external committees to promote thought leadership in genetics
Required Qualifications:
- PhD in clinical genetics or a Master's degree with relevant experience and a strong publication record
- At least 6 years of experience in genetics services, product management, or clinical research
- Knowledge of the scientific process, including data analysis and scientific writing
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Internal Review Board (IRB) processes
- Experience with genetic testing technologies such as long read sequencing and whole genome sequencing
