Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budget charges for clinical studies and create budgets within OnCore
• Lead negotiations with study sponsors to uphold institutional interests
• Provide training and support to teams for standardized budget negotiation practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, healthcare administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification in clinical research preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in clinical trial operations, focusing on budgeting and contract negotiations
• At least 1 year of experience with OnCore
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines related to clinical trials and agreements
• Proficiency in clinical trial management software and financial systems
