Clinical Research Study Design Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a remote full-time Clinical Research Study Design Lead, the candidate will manage the translation of sponsor protocol requirements into database designs, interact with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective study design and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and translate sponsor protocol requirements into specific database designs and generate Statements of Work
• Consult on study design choices, assessing risks and budget impacts while managing a portfolio of global and local studies
• Coordinate internal processes related to study design and ensure all customer requirements are documented and acted upon

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 6 or more years of experience in the clinical research industry or lab environment
• Experience working directly with internal or external customers
• Strong relationship building and management skills
• Familiarity with clinical or preclinical research protocols
