Job Summary

Seeking a remote full-time Study Design Lead in Clinical Research, the successful candidate will interpret sponsor protocol requirements to develop precise database designs, engage with clients throughout study phases, and manage a diverse portfolio of global studies.

Key responsibilities

• Translate sponsor protocol requirements into study-specific database designs and create Statements of Work for CLS projects
• Collaborate with clients and internal departments to evaluate study design feasibility and address client requirements
• Coordinate internal processes, conduct quality self-reviews, and manage communications related to study design and development

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 7 or more years of professional experience in clinical or preclinical research
• 1 or more years of experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
• Strong scientific acumen and familiarity with clinical or preclinical research protocols
• Proven ability to manage shifting timelines and competing demands effectively
