Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Research Systems Manager to oversee the Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) platform and its integrations across clinical, research, and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Align CTMS capabilities with institutional strategy and operational needs
• Lead CTMS-focused projects, including upgrades and workflow redesigns
• Supervise and mentor staff supporting CTMS operations and integrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Seven years of experience in database or technology support in a clinical research setting
• Four years of supervisory or management experience required
• Successful completion of specific leadership programs may substitute for required supervisory experience
• Preferred: Certified PMI - Project Management Professional (PMP)
