Clinical Research Training Manager

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of clinical research training programs, the full-time Senior Manager, Training & Development will develop scalable training strategies, align training with operational objectives, and enhance workforce capabilities in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align training initiatives with strategic goals and KPIs across the clinical research network
• Develop and execute standardized onboarding and role-based training for site staff, ensuring compliance with GCP, FDA, and sponsor requirements
• Analyze training effectiveness and operational impact while maintaining inspection-ready documentation and supporting audits and inspections

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of clinical research experience, including 3+ years in training and workforce development
• 2+ years of management experience in a clinical research setting
• Thorough knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and site operations
• Preferred certification in clinical research or training (e.g., ACRP, SOCRA)
• Experience in multi-site clinical research networks and familiarity with audits/inspections
