Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Response Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to clinical inquiries in a validating, timely, inclusive, and comforting fashion
Present program information in a comprehensive and welcoming manner
Collect complete information regarding the inquiry, including clinical, professional collaboration, and insurance

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree highly preferred OR minimum 1 year of role-specific relevant experience in eating disorders treatment and admissions required
Experience with eating disorders, mental health, and intake/admissions is highly preferred
Superb customer service skills
Knowledge of phone systems
Advanced computer knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite required
