Clinical Response Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Response Specialist - PRN.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients, families, and providers in navigating the admissions process by managing calls and correspondence
• Complete intake calls in a validating and timely manner while determining clinical appropriateness for admission
• Consult with referring providers and treatment teams regarding patient concerns and coverage needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least one year of directly related experience
• Experience in patient and/or person-facing customer service
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness is strongly preferred
