Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Response Specialist - PRN.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients, families, and providers in navigating the admissions process through intake calls and correspondence
Manage coverage for fax, email, voicemail, and web inquiries to assess patient appropriateness for care
Consult with referring providers and treatment teams regarding clinical concerns or readmissions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or at least one year of directly related experience
Experience in patient and/or person-facing customer service
Preferred experience working with individuals with mental illness
