Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Revenue Cycle Director - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Client Managers to ensure organizational goals are prioritized and defined
• Define and improve internal processes and revenue cycle performance goals
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to department managers and supervisors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle roles
• 5+ years of experience as a director or similar role in the hospital revenue cycle industry
• Clinical experience as a Physician's Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse required
• Background with Hospital Accounting and EMR Systems
