Clinical Review RN or LCSW Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Clinical Review (Fully Remote) in the Care Management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational supervision of clinical staff conducting utilization review and/or specialty reviews
• Guide and train clinical reviewers to identify medical necessity appropriateness
• Ensure integrity and high quality of utilization management services

Required Qualifications:

• Current, active, unrestricted RN licensure or LCSW licensure
• 5 years of clinical experience preferred
• 3 years of medical management experience
• 3 years of customer service or relevant work experience
• 1 year of supervisory or lead experience preferred
