Clinical RFP Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical RFP Coordinator who will support business acquisition and retention opportunities through the development and management of RFP materials and communication projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates responses to RFPs and surveys for clinical areas in collaboration with sales teams
• Maintains and evaluates the inventory of sales material content while developing new clinical-related materials
• Acts as the lead for clinical teams in providing accurate and engaging responses to RFPs and surveys

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Communications, or related field
• 5 years of related experience in health plan and/or clinical settings or equivalent education and experience
• Experience with data, financial/clinical analysis, and statistical reporting
• Familiarity with health plan offerings, clinical programs, and medical terminology
• Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity is highly desired
