Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Clinical Risk Adjustment Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with clinical pends and over-read feedback
Assigning manual assignments and reviewing reports for QA scores
Ensuring collaboration among cross functional teams for product releases

Required Qualifications:

Current Coding Certification through AAPC and/or AHIMA
Minimum 5 years of coding experience with knowledge of Medicare and Commercial Risk Adjustment
Experience in facility coding and Health Plan Risk Adjustment Data Validation Audit (RADV) preferred
Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology
Advanced skills in utilizing official coding resources and required software
