Job Summary

Providing clinical oversight for third-party risk management, the full-time Clinical Risk Management RN will manage compliance assessments, drive risk mitigation strategies, and coordinate cross-functional efforts in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the third-party risk management framework, policies, and procedures
• Conducts audits and monitors third-party compliance and performance against established standards
• Manages issue resolution and prepares reports for senior leadership and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Health Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Audit, Compliance, or third-party oversight
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and health plan administration preferred
• Project management experience in planning and executing projects preferred
