Clinical Sample Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Sample Manager to support the management and coordination of clinical sample activities for cell therapy trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end clinical sample tracking and maintain real-time logs from site collection through laboratories
• Ensure sample integrity and compliance with stability windows, including scheduling shipments and reviewing manifests
• Support sample reconciliation across systems, identifying discrepancies and escalating risks as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical sample management within relevant environments
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in laboratory sample processing and biospecimen operations
• Strong understanding of GCP, GLP, IATA, and regulatory requirements for clinical samples
• Proficiency with LIMS, CTMS, EDC systems, and sample tracking platforms
